The truck is in the shop in Denver. They did not actually tow it down from Wyoming until the following Wednesday so that kind of sucked. I should be getting an update tomorrow on the extent of the repairs and an estimated eta so I can buy an airline ticket to go pick it up. So, here are a few pictures of the damage to the truck in the daylight.
We had a wonderful weekend at my parents home in Snohomish. It was so great to get to spend a couple of days with them. We also ran up to The Skagit Valley and La Conner Washington for the Tulip Festival. All of the years I lived in Washington and I had never been. It was so beautiful and the weather was warm and sunny. Top down drive in the car and lunch on a waterfront deck. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday. We are home in Chattanooga after a fairly grueling drive in the car cross country. Should be home about two weeks. Did I mention baseball season has started? I do not think I am going to be too bored.
Did I miss a post? What the heck happened??
